Store Policies

We process and ship orders efficiently to minimize your vehicle's downtime down.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed same-day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for domestic delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days available at checkout for urgent repairs.
  • Heavy/Oversized Freight: Large items like engines, transmissions, or body panels require specialized freight transport and average 5-7 business days.

We accept item returns within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, uninstalled condition with all factory packaging and labels intact.
  • Fitment Guarantee: If you utilized our compatibility tool and the part does not fit, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Electrical Components: Electrical parts (such as sensors, alternators, or ECUs) are subject to testing and cannot be returned if they show installation marks.
ATTENTION: Returns are strictly rejected for parts that have been greased, altered, or driven on.

Certain remanufactured parts involve a core charge transaction value.

  • To receive your core refund credit, return the old part inside the exact box your new part arrived in.
  • The core component must be completely drained of all fluids (oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid) prior to packaging.
  • Core credits are evaluated and processed within 7 business days of warehouse check-in.

Transit damage issues must be flagged immediately upon parcel arrival.

  • Inspect the structural integrity of your package immediately upon delivery.
  • Contact our service team within 48 hours with clear images of the damaged packaging and the component.
  • We will dispatch an expedited replacement part at no additional expense to you.
